          • original artwork and prints,<\/span><\/li>\n
          • clothing with handmade original prints.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1. Some products are handmade and may have individual characteristics resulting from the creative process.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. These Terms & Conditions regulate in particular:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              • placing orders,<\/span><\/li>\n
              • payment methods,<\/span><\/li>\n
              • delivery,<\/span><\/li>\n
              • returns,<\/span><\/li>\n
              • complaints,<\/span><\/li>\n
              • electronic services provided by the Shop.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                \u00a72. Definitions<\/b><\/h1>\n

                For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n

                Customer<\/b> \u2013 a person placing an order in the Shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Consumer<\/b> \u2013 a natural person purchasing products for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Product<\/b> \u2013 an item available for purchase in the Shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Shop<\/b> \u2013 the online shop operated by the Seller.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Order<\/b> \u2013 a declaration of intent submitted by the Customer resulting in a sales agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

                \u00a73. Placing Orders<\/b><\/h1>\n

                1. Customers may place orders without creating an account.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. To place an order, the Customer:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  • selects a Product,<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • adds it to the shopping cart,<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • provides the information necessary for order processing,<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • chooses the delivery and payment method,<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • confirms the order with an obligation to pay.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    1. Before placing an order, the Customer receives information regarding:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      • the Product,<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • price,<\/span><\/li>\n

                        1. After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation sent to the provided e-mail address.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          \u00a74. Prices and Payments<\/b><\/h1>\n

                          1. All prices displayed in the Shop are gross prices and include applicable taxes where required.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          2. Available payment methods:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            • electronic payments via Przelewy24,<\/span><\/li>\n
                            • traditional bank transfer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              1. If the Customer chooses bank transfer, payment must be completed within a maximum of <\/span>5 calendar days<\/b> from placing the order.<\/span><\/li>\n
                              2. If payment is not received within this period, the Seller may cancel the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                \u00a75. Order Processing<\/b><\/h1>\n

                                1. Orders are processed after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated in the Product description.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                2. Processing times depend on the type of Product and are specified on the Product page.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                3. Handmade products may require additional preparation time due to processes such as:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  • creating,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • drying,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • firing,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • glazing,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • hand finishing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    1. The Seller informs Customers about the estimated processing time before purchase through the Product description.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      \u00a76. Handmade Products and Natural Variations<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                        \n
                                      1. Handmade products have an individual character.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                      2. Natural variations may include:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                          \n
                                        • slight colour differences,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                        • differences in texture,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                        • unique glazing effects,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                        • minor variations resulting from the handmade process.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                            \n
                                          1. Such characteristics are not considered defects if the Product corresponds with its description.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                            \u00a77. Ceramics<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                              \n
                                            1. Most ceramic products available in the Shop are decorative unless otherwise stated in the Product description.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                            2. Information about the intended use of each ceramic item is provided on the individual Product page.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                            3. Unless otherwise specified:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                \n
                                              • ceramic items should be washed by hand,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                              • they should not be placed in a dishwasher,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                              • sudden temperature changes should be avoided,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                              • products should be protected from impact and falling.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                                  \n
                                                1. Damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                  \u00a78. Clothing with Handmade Prints<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                                    \n
                                                  1. Clothing available in the Shop is sourced from selected manufacturers, while the prints are created according to the Seller\u2019s original designs.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                  2. Due to the handmade nature of the printing process, small differences between individual pieces may occur.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                  3. Recommended care:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                      \n
                                                    • wash at a maximum temperature of 30\u00b0C,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                    • wash inside out,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                    • do not use bleach,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                    • do not iron directly over the print.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                      \u00a79. Artwork and Prints<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                                        \n
                                                      1. Artwork and prints available in the Shop are original designs created by the Seller.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                      2. Colours displayed on screens may slightly differ from the actual product due to individual screen settings.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                      3. To preserve the quality of prints, Customers should:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                          \n
                                                        • avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                        • protect prints from moisture,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                        • use appropriate framing when displaying artwork.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                          \u00a710. Shipping and Delivery<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                                            \n
                                                          1. The Shop provides shipping within Poland and internationally.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                          2. Available delivery methods depend on the destination country and current availability of shipping providers.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                          3. The Seller may use, among others:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                              \n
                                                            • courier services,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                            • postal services,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                            • other delivery providers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                                                \n
                                                              1. Current shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                              2. Delivery times may vary depending on:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                • destination country,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                • shipping provider,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                • customs procedures,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                • circumstances beyond the Seller\u2019s control.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                  \u00a711. International Orders and Customs<\/b><\/h1>\n

                                                                  1. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges according to the laws of the destination country.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                  2. Such charges may include:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                      \n
                                                                    • customs duties,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                    • import taxes,<\/span><\/li>\n

                                                                      1. These costs are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                      2. The Seller has no influence over the amount or application of such charges.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                        \u00a712. Product Packaging<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                                                          \n
                                                                        1. Products are prepared for shipment with consideration of their individual characteristics.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                        2. Fragile products, especially ceramics, are carefully protected for transport.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                        3. The Customer should inspect the package after delivery and contact the Seller in case of visible damage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                          \u00a713. Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                                                            \n
                                                                          1. A Customer who is a Consumer, as well as an entrepreneur with consumer rights where applicable, has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within <\/span>14 days<\/b> from receiving the Product without providing a reason.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                          2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller about their decision before the withdrawal period expires.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                          3. The withdrawal notice may be sent to:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                            1. The Customer must return the Product within 14 days from informing the Seller about withdrawal.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                            2. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the Product unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                              \u00a714. Refunds<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                                                                \n
                                                                              1. In case of a valid withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund payments received from the Customer in accordance with applicable law.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                              2. The refund includes:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                                  \n
                                                                                • the price of the Product,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                • the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available in the Shop.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                                                                    \n
                                                                                  1. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless another method has been agreed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                    \u00a715. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/h1>\n

                                                                                    The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law, including in particular:<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                    1. Products made according to the Customer\u2019s individual specifications.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                    2. Personalised products.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                    3. Products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or resold after delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                    4. The handmade character of a Product alone does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                      \u00a716. Complaints and Product Conformity<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                                                                        \n
                                                                                      1. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that Products comply with the sales agreement according to applicable consumer protection laws.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                      2. Complaints may be submitted via:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                          • photographs of the Product if helpful for reviewing the complaint.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                            1. Complaints are handled within the time limits required by applicable law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                              \u00a717. Newsletter<\/b><\/h1>\n
                                                                                                \n
                                                                                              1. The Shop may provide a Newsletter service consisting of sending information about the Seller\u2019s activities and products.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                              2. Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary.<\/span><\/li>\n

                                                                                                • new artwork,<\/span><\/li>\n

                                                                                                  1. The Customer may unsubscribe at any time by:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                    • using the unsubscribe link included in Newsletter messages,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                                    • contacting the Seller directly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                                      \u00a718. Copyright and Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h1>\n

                                                                                                      1. All materials available in the Shop, including:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                        • illustrations,<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                                        • artwork,<\/span><\/li>\n

                                                                                                          are protected by copyright or used in accordance with applicable rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                                          1. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using any materials without the Seller\u2019s permission is prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                                          2. Purchasing a Product does not transfer copyright or ownership rights to the underlying design.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
